Speakeasy Queen Room (Rm 3)

Because we are in the heart of Nevada City, and parking is limited, there are not designated parking spots.

Please also note that there are stairs to access the rooms. We do not have an elevator due to the building being historic.

And please be prepared to find all of the unique quirks this building offers due to it’s history. Not all floors and walls are completely level, but we can assure you it has been inspected and safe. We tried our best to keep it as original as possible though to highlight it’s beautiful character.

IMPORTANT:
1. **Noise Levels:**
– Rooms 1, 2, and 3 experience more noise, while 4, 6, and 8 may have some noise due to their location on Pine Street. Rooms 5 and 7 are the most peaceful for a quieter stay.

2. **Child Safety:**
– Rooms 1 and 2 are not recommended for guests with children due to the balcony and low railing. Additionally, rooms 4, 6, and 8 have low windows, and caution is advised to prevent any climbing incidents if the windows are left open.

SMOKING FEE: A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found within the rooms. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with professional odor removal and restoration of the property to its smoke-free condition.
Our property is routinely inspected for smoke odors after every reservation. If smoking is detected during or after your stay, the smoking fee will be applied to cover the necessary cleaning and restoration processes.
