Neighborhood

Lake living with neighbors close by, but a high point of Gigi’s cabin is that it sits on a double lot with 314 feet of waterfront.

Access

–> Guests have access to the cabin, dock, bunk house and grounds.

–> Guest have access to the Shed. This is where the kayak, life jackets and outdoor chairs are located.

–> The boathouse is off limits to guests.

–> IMPORTANT: Fire Place is currently not functional.

Space

Looking to accommodate more than 12 guests? We can help! Our property offers additional sleeping arrangements for up to 4 more guests, bringing the total capacity to 16. Please note that these extra four spots are suitable for families with children. Unfortunately, the property cannot accommodate 16 adult guests.

–> The cabin is all on one floor (except for the loft bedroom) with steps leading up to the front door.

–> Enjoy morning coffee on the screened in sleeping porch and then head to the hammock in the afternoon for a nap.

IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind for sleeping arrangement purposes that 2 of the beds are on the screened in porch which is open to the outdoor environment making them seasonal.

–> The cabin is in the country and there is a lot of life around us. There will be no refunds for insects or the occasional critter sightings. The house is treated seasonally.

–> The cabin is comfortable with a large open living and dining room.

–>The kitchen is well stocked and tends to be a favorite hangout spot.

–>There are two traditional bedrooms, a loft bedroom with ladder access best used for sleeping children, a screened in sleeping porch and the bunk house

–>There are 1.5 bathrooms and a laundry closet for your convenience. There is a porta-potty down by the bunk house.

–> Property is conveniently located 20 min away from Pillsbury State park and 50 min from Keene

Transit

You will need a car to get around the neighborhood. There is parking on the property.

Notes

–> Please bring your own life jackets.
–> No parking on the road.
–> IMPORTANT: No boats over 25′ are allowed. Please keep in mind that the lake is shallower compared to bigger lakes. Big boats that sit deeper in the water are not recommended. (pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats and bow riders are recommended).
